M&M Cookies

I made M&M cookies today, and I actually made them not too crunchy but not to chewy! Here is the recipe:

  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar 
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup of m&m (I only used 1 cup of m&m's but you can use 1 1/2 cup)
Directions:
  1. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla thoroughly. Add flour, salt, and baking soda to creamed mixture. Blend well. Add 3/4 cup of M&Ms. 
  2. Drop by the teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet. Slightly push a few M&M's on top of each dough ball.
  3. Bake at 350° F for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned edges.
