Bountiful Harvest

Hurray!!!! It's Autumn!!!!! That means it time for pealing apples and making apple sauce!!!

 Sieve for applesauce!
 Apple cores!



 Fresh Raspberries.
 Sour Crab apples.
Happy Autumn!

  3. We spent quite a bit of time a few weeks ago peeling, coring, and slicing apples. We froze them in bags, and will use them either to make cobblers, pies, smoothies, or applesauce.

    Hopefully when we return from our upcoming trip, the orchard will still have enough apples for us to preserve another batch!
