My French Dinner

I am doing a report on Paris,France and I wanted my family to feel like they are in Paris. So, I made a french dinner that night. I used a cook book called Bocuse in Your Kitchen. It has french recipes in it.
The first course I made was the caramelized pearl onions and sliced carrots.
 Pasta Rice
 Lemon Rosemary Chicken with sauteed carrots and celery.
 Salad with tomatoes, walnuts, cucumbers and dried cranberries.
